I am jumping on the healthy bandwagon!

I posted earlier about some of my goals, but in general I want to lose weight--40 pounds total this year, aiming for at least 1 pound a week.
I want to find a way to get exercise in regularly with the health conditions I am dealing with. I need to be in shape, not just thinner.
